Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Knot Genie will ship your order within 1-2 business days via DHL eCommerce, FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS) depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:
U.S. ORDERS
• Free shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum order required
• Fast and free Priority shipping: 1 – 2 handling business days, and 2 – 5 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
• Expedited shipping – Available for a flat rate of $9.99 – 1 business day to process order, and 2 – 3 business days for shipping once it has left our warehouse.
• Need Your Products Immediately? Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $29.99 and you’ll receive your products at your door in 1 – 2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE U.S):
• Knot Genie gladly accepts orders from all over the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
• Shipping requires 1 – 2 handling business days, and 2 – 3 weeks once it leaves our warehouse.
• International shipments are subject to Customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These additional costs are based on which country the package is shipped to, and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not Knot Genie. Shipping delays could be as lengthy as 2 – 3 weeks, depending on Customs. A signature may also be required upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any International order, depending on the situation. Shipping charges, taxes and other country’s fees are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please make sure all items you would like to return are in new and original condition to be eligible for a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 – 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 – 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 – 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
